- 1/2 pack bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
SCHRITTE
Wash bok choy and bean sprouts, then drain the water.
Heat a pan and add sesame oil, then sauté minced garlic.
Add bok choy to the pan on high heat and stir-fry quickly.
Once bok choy softens slightly, add bean sprouts and stir-fry on high heat.
Season with salt and optionally pepper, then discard any excess liquid from the pan.
