- 1 tbsp mirin

- 1 tsp plum extract

SCHRITTE
Separate spinach leaves and cut long stems in half.
Slice onion, chop green chilies, and cut beef brisket into smaller pieces.
Prepare minced garlic and chopped green onion.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry onion, green chilies, beef brisket, garlic, and green onion.
Add soy sauce, mirin, fish sauce, and plum extract to the pan.
Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well.
Serve the stir-fry over a bowl of cooked rice.
