ZUTATEN

  • Main Ingredients

    • 600g pork shoulder
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🥕 A small amount of carrot, sliced
    • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
    • 2 green chilies, sliced
    • 1/2 red chili, sliced
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • A small amount of minced ginger
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A small amount of black pepper

SCHRITTE

1

Slice the onion and carrot into thick strips. Chop the green onion and slice the chilies.

2

In a bowl, mix the pork shoulder with onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, and the seasoning ingredients. You can choose either mirin or rice wine.

3

Add the green onion to the mixture and marinate for 10 minutes to let the flavors soak in. While longer marination (30 minutes) is ideal, 10 minutes is sufficient.

4

Heat a pan over high heat and stir-fry the marinated pork until fully cooked.

5

Once the pork is cooked, add the chilies and stir-fry again over medium heat.

6

Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper and serve hot.
