    • 🦑 2 squids
    • 🥬 200g cabbage
    • 🥕 50g carrot
    • 🍄 100g oyster mushrooms
    • 🧅 190g onion
    • 🧅 100g green onion
    • 1 cup frozen seafood mix
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 2 chicken stock cubes
    • 💧 1L water
    • Noodles or rice (optional)
  • Seasonings

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp chili oil
    • 4 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • A pinch of black pepper

Slice cabbage, carrot, onion, and green onion thinly. Tear oyster mushrooms into strips.

Clean squid without cutting the belly, remove the innards, and slice into rings. Defrost frozen seafood mix in water for about 5 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add minced garlic and chili oil, then stir-fry green onion and onion. Add chili powder and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes on high heat.

Add cabbage, carrot, and oyster mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add seafood mix and squid to the wok, then season with soy sauce, cooking wine, fish sauce, and black pepper. Stir-fry well.

Pour water into the wok, add chicken stock cubes, and bring to a boil. Simmer on high heat for 12-15 minutes.

Cook noodles of your choice, drain, and place them in serving bowls.

Pour the squid jjamppong soup over the noodles or serve over rice if preferred.
