    • 🐟 100g tuna
    • 3-4 leaves kimchi
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 100g soft tofu
  • Seasonings

    • 3 tbsp kimchi juice
    • 2 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp gochujang
    • 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces, slice green onion diagonally, and cut onion into thick slices.

Mix 3 tbsp kimchi juice, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp gochujang, and 1 tsp soy sauce to make the seasoning sauce.

Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the kimchi until softened.

Add 1/2 cup anchovy or kelp broth to the pot, bring to a boil, then add onion, white part of green onion, and tuna.

Once boiling again, add the seasoning sauce and soft tofu. Finish by adding the green onion and chili slices.
