ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 handful spinach
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1/4 handful enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Staples
- 200g glass noodles
- 1 sheet fish cake, sliced
- 💧 1.5 cups water
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ✨ A sprinkle of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Soak the glass noodles in water for at least 30 minutes.
Julienne the carrot, slice the onion and fish cake, and chop the green onion.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
In a pot, bring water and the sauce to a boil. Add the soaked glass noodles.
Add the vegetables and cook until the noodles are tender. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
