    • 🥩 300g sliced beef brisket
  • Vegetables

    • 200g Korean radish, sliced
    • 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
    • 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Korean chili flakes
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Broth

    • 💧 6 cups water
    • 1 cube beef broth

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the beef brisket until browned.

Add minced garlic and sliced radish to the pot and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Pour in water and add the beef broth cube. Bring to a boil.
