    • 800g jjolmyeon noodles
  • Vegetables

    • 1 handful lettuce
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot
    • 100g red cabbage
    • 🥒 1 cucumber
    • 400g bean sprouts
  • Eggs

    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Seasoning

    • 6 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 6 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 9 tbsp vinegar
    • 6 tbsp water
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

Mix chili powder, gochujang, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and water to create the sauce.

Boil jjolmyeon noodles in salted water for 1–2 minutes, rinse in cold water, and drain.

Julienne the carrot, red cabbage, and cucumber.

Wash lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Boil bean sprouts with 3 tbsp vinegar for 3 minutes 30 seconds, then rinse in cold water.

Combine noodles, julienned vegetables, lettuce, bean sprouts, sauce, and boiled eggs. Serve immediately.
