Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1 cup anchovy stock
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- A dash of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce. Adjust sugar to taste.
Place tofu slices in a pot and pour the sauce over them.
Add anchovy stock or water to the pot until it covers the tofu halfway. Bring to a simmer.
Add eggs to the pot and let them cook with the tofu and sauce.
Simmer until the sauce thickens and the tofu absorbs the flavors.
