- 🍗 1 whole chicken
- 1/2 head aged kimchi
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥔 3 potatoes
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Boil the chicken in water with 2 tbsp of cooking wine.
Make small cuts on the boiled chicken to help the seasoning penetrate.
Mix the seasoning ingredients according to the proportions and coat the chicken evenly.
Place aged kimchi at the bottom of a pot, add the seasoned chicken and vegetables, and simmer until fully cooked.
