    • 🥔 2-3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot, chopped
  • Seasonings

    • 1 ladle of soy sauce

    • 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 green chili, sliced
    • 🧅 1 stalk of green onion, chopped
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar

SCHRITTE

1

Soak the chicken in water for 10 minutes to remove blood. Optionally, use milk for a richer flavor.

2

Chop the potatoes, onion, and carrot into medium-sized pieces.

3

Rinse the chicken thoroughly and place it in a pot with enough water to cover halfway. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and bring to a boil over high heat.

4

Once boiling, add 1.5 tbsp of minced garlic and simmer for 3 minutes.

5

Add the potatoes to the pot and continue boiling.

6

Add the onion and carrot to the pot once the potatoes are partially cooked.

7

Add 1 ladle of soy sauce and 1 ladle of red pepper flakes to the pot.

8

Add the sliced green chili and cover the pot. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

9

Add the chopped green onion and bring the stew to a final boil. Adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or sugar if needed.

10

Simmer until the broth thickens and the chicken is fully cooked. Serve hot with rice.
