  • Main Ingredients

    • 1 small can of Spam
    • 1 sheet of nori seaweed
    • 🍚 2 cups of cooked rice
  • Sauce

    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 💧 2 tbsp water
    • 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
    • A pinch of ginger powder
  • Rice Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 0.2 tsp salt

SCHRITTE

Cut the Spam into 4 equal pieces.

Mix soy sauce, mirin, water, sugar, and ginger powder to create the teriyaki sauce.

Pan-fry the Spam slices on both sides until golden.

Pour the teriyaki sauce over the Spam and simmer until the sauce is absorbed.

Season the cooked rice with sesame oil and salt, mixing well.

Cut the nori seaweed into 4 long strips.
