- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1/3 can diced spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 chili pepper, optional
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Adequate mayonnaise
SCHRITTE
Prepare all ingredients.
Slice chili pepper and onion to desired sizes.
Dice the spam into small cubes.
Pan-fry the spam without oil until golden brown.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and cook the eggs into a thin omelet.
Slice the cooked omelet into thin strips.
In a pan, combine sliced onion, soy sauce, water, and sugar. Simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Place cooked rice in a bowl and arrange all prepared ingredients on top.
Drizzle mayonnaise over the dish and serve.
