ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 2 handfuls soybean sprouts
 - 300g tofu
 - 🧅 1 onion, sliced
 - 1/4 green onion, chopped
 - 1 green chili, sliced
 
Seasoning
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2/3 cup water
 - 2 tbsp chili powder
 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
SCHRITTE
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, chili powder, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
In a pan, layer washed soybean sprouts, sliced onion, green chili, tofu, and pour the seasoning sauce over them. Bring to a boil.
Once cooked, garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
