- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Heat a pan with oil and sauté green onion and chili to infuse the oil.
Add the pork and stir-fry until it starts to cook.
Add the onion once the pork starts to cook.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, black pepper, and cooking wine. Mix well.
Cook until the pork is fully done and the sauce is well absorbed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve in a dish.
