ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🌭 12 Vienna sausages
- 🍘 12 rice cakes
- 4 wooden skewers
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 1 tbsp water
SCHRITTE
Blanch the rice cakes and Vienna sausages in boiling water. Make small cuts on the sausages for better texture.
Skewer the rice cakes and sausages alternately on wooden skewers (3 rice cakes and 3 sausages per skewer).
Heat a pan with enough oil and pan-fry the skewers until golden and crispy on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, gochujang, corn syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and water. Simmer lightly.
Brush the sauce onto two skewers, and for the other two, drizzle ketchup twice and mustard once for a different flavor.
Enjoy the skewers by eating the sausage and rice cake together for the best taste.
