Seasonings
- 2 tsp fermented shrimp
- 1 tsp red pepper powder

- 1.5 cups anchovy kelp broth
SCHRITTE
Cut the pollock roe into appropriate sizes.
In a pot, add anchovy kelp broth, red pepper powder, minced garlic, and fermented shrimp, then bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add chunks of soft tofu, the cut pollock roe, and sliced green onion. Simmer briefly.
Serve the soft tofu and pollock roe stew hot.
