- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of vegetable oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Clean and prepare all ingredients.
Dice the potatoes and soak them in water to remove starch.
Cut the onion and shishito peppers into similar-sized pieces.
Mix the prepared ingredients with the seasonings, including sesame oil.
Cook on medium heat without adding water; the moisture will come from the potatoes.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
When the sauce is absorbed and the potatoes are fully cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
