Main Ingredients
- 200g smoked duck
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 🧅 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 5 perilla leaves
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1.5 tbsp yellow mustard powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Mix all sauce ingredients to create mustard sauce. Chill in the refrigerator before use.
Slice all vegetables into thin strips, except perilla leaves.
Arrange sliced vegetables neatly around a plate.
Pan-fry smoked duck on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Place smoked duck on top of lettuce and drizzle mustard sauce over the salad.
