ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🍄 1/2 cup oyster mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧄 5 cloves minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
SCHRITTE
Slice zucchini, onion, and oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan over low heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add all the sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry.
Season with coarse salt and mix well.
Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
