Main Ingredients
- 500g konjac
 - 5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
 - A small amount of sesame seeds
 - 💧 1.5 cups water
 
SCHRITTE
Prepare 500g of konjac from the store.
Cut the konjac into appropriate bite-sized pieces.
Add 5 tbsp of soy sauce to the pan.
Add 3 tbsp of oligosaccharide to the pan.
Sprinkle a small amount of sesame seeds over the mixture.
Pour 1.5 cups of water into the pan.
Optional: Add chopped green onions for extra flavor.
Simmer on low heat until the liquid reduces and the konjac absorbs the flavors.
Transfer the braised konjac to a container and serve.
