ZUTATEN
- Base - 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
 
- Main - 30g shirasu (whitebait)
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
 
- Topping - Chopped nori, as needed
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp wasabi
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
SCHRITTE
Slice the avocado into 5mm thick pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, wasabi, garlic, ginger, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Add the sliced avocado to the seasoning mixture and gently toss.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with chopped nori, seasoned avocado, and shirasu. Pour the remaining sauce over the dish.
