- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tsp roasted salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
SCHRITTE
Trim the spinach stems slightly and cut larger pieces into quarters and smaller ones into halves.
Rinse the spinach thoroughly to remove dirt and any earthy smell.
Boil water and add 1 tsp of salt to enhance the spinach's green color.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 50 seconds, flipping it constantly for even cooking.
Quickly transfer the spinach to cold water to cool and stop the cooking process.
Slice the white part of the green onion and set aside.
Squeeze the spinach tightly to remove excess water and loosen it for mixing.
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, roasted salt, sesame seeds, and ground sesame in a bowl.
Add the spinach and mix well with the seasoning until evenly coated.
