Main Ingredient
- 100g dried squid
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
SCHRITTE
Add all seasoning ingredients into a frying pan.
Turn on the stove to medium heat and let the seasoning start to boil. Add 100g dried squid. For softer squid, soak it in cold water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the water before adding.
Reduce the heat to low and stir the squid to evenly coat it with the seasoning. If the mixture starts to burn, remove the pan from the heat briefly and add 2-3 tbsp water, then stir.
Serve as a side dish. It's perfect with rice!
Optional: Use the seasoned squid as a filling for kimbap instead of fish cake for a unique twist.
