- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 🥓 200g bacon
- 1 handful kimchi
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Prepare the cooked rice by cooling it down.
Cut bacon, kimchi, garlic, green onion, and bean sprouts into small pieces.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the chopped ingredients until the kimchi turns translucent.
Turn off the heat and mix the stir-fried ingredients with gochujang, corn syrup, and sesame oil.
Add an egg to the seasoned rice mixture and mix well.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and scoop portions of the rice mixture onto the pan.
Cook on medium-low heat until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Plate the rice pancakes and garnish with seaweed flakes, chili peppers, or sesame seeds.
