Main Ingredients
- 🍄 2 handfuls oyster mushrooms
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1/4 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
SCHRITTE
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the sliced onion until half-cooked.
Add washed and drained oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add chopped green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Mix in cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to season the dish.
Combine water and cornstarch to make a slurry, then add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil over the mixture, then mix well.
Serve the mushroom mixture over warm cooked rice.
