- 🌭 5 handfuls Vienna sausages
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
SCHRITTE
Make small cuts on Vienna sausages and blanch them in boiling water to remove impurities.
Slice the onion and bell pepper to your preferred size.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables first, then add the Vienna sausages.
When the onion turns translucent, add 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Stir-fry everything together.
Cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce is well absorbed. Serve hot.
