- 🌭 400g Vienna sausages
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
Condiments
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Cut the onion, bell pepper, and sausages into bite-sized pieces. Score the sausages lightly.
Mix ketchup, corn syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil and stir-fry all the ingredients over high heat until the sausages open slightly.
Add the sauce and stir-fry briefly over low heat until well combined.
Serve and enjoy! Add 1 tbsp sugar for extra sweetness if preferred.
