Main Ingredients
- 20 Vienna sausages
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 🧄 6 garlic cloves
Seasonings
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Make small cuts on the sausages, chop the bell peppers and onion into large pieces, and cut garlic into halves or thirds.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the garlic first until slightly golden.
Add sausages and onions to the pan and stir-fry until onions become translucent and sausages are cooked.
Add ketchup, corn syrup, and tonkatsu sauce to the pan and mix well.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry briefly to retain their crunchiness.
Sprinkle black pepper to taste and serve.
