Main Ingredients
- 🥓 150g pork belly
- 2 packs udon noodles
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 handful cabbage, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, cut into 5cm pieces
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.3 tbsp vinegar
- 0.2 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- Pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion and cabbage thinly. Cut the green onion into 5cm pieces and quarter them lengthwise. Thinly slice the carrot and halve it.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the udon noodles in hot water until they just separate, then drain.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the green onion, garlic, and pork belly, and stir-fry.
When the pork is halfway cooked, add the onion and carrot, and continue stir-frying.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry quickly, then mix in the cooked noodles.
Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry until the noodles are evenly coated and the flavors are absorbed.
Fry two eggs separately.
Divide the noodles into bowls and top each with a fried egg.
