ZUTATEN
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
 - 🐟 80g sashimi-grade horse mackerel
 - 3 shiso leaves
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 
Marinade
- 🧅 3cm white part of green onion
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
SCHRITTE
Tear the shiso leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice the white part of the green onion thinly after cutting it lengthwise into halves.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the horse mackerel and mix gently. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Place the cooked rice and shiso leaves in a serving bowl. Top with the marinated horse mackerel and drizzle the remaining marinade. Add grated ginger on top.
