ZUTATEN
- Main - 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 1 piece salted salmon (100g)
- 1/8 head cabbage
- 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 
- Garnish - Chopped green onion to taste
 
SCHRITTE
Place torn cabbage and separated maitake mushrooms into a microwave-safe container. Add frozen udon noodles and salted salmon on top. Sprinkle sake over the ingredients, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–7 minutes until the salmon is cooked.
Add soy sauce and olive oil, then mix everything together. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
