- Fish - 1 can (190g) saba miso
 
- Vegetables - 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), peeled and chopped
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Condiments - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 
- Cheese / Dairy - 🧀 20g pizza cheese
 
- Garnish - 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
SCHRITTE
Peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water, drain, and place in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until soft.
Drain the saba miso can and add the fish to the container with the potatoes. Add mayonnaise and mix lightly.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown. Garnish with chopped green onion.
