ZUTATEN

- 🌾 150g all-purpose flour
 - 🧂 6g baking powder
 - 🍬 10g unrefined sugar
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt
 
Wet Ingredients
- 🥛 80g yogurt
 - 🥛 65g milk or cream
 - 🥪 45g mayonnaise
 
SCHRITTE
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) at least 30 minutes before starting.
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and milk together using a rubber spatula.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and mix lightly until no dry flour is visible.
Scoop the batter using an ice cream scoop onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 200°C.
Serve warm with strawberry jam or your favorite spread.
