    • 2 tbsp cooking wine

Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, and 1/4 tsp sugar to create the seasoning sauce.

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and chop the green onion.
