    • 2 slices bacon
    • 140g spaghetti
    • 🍄 2 button mushrooms
    • 1/3 zucchini
    • 🎃 1 medium pumpkin
    • 100ml heavy cream
    • 🥛 200ml milk
    • 100g cheddar cheese
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 pinch parsley flakes

Cut the top third of the pumpkin and scoop out the insides to prepare it as a bowl.

Steam the pumpkin until soft, approximately 20 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, then drain and toss with olive oil.

Blend the steamed pumpkin flesh with milk and cream until smooth.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add chopped bacon and cook until slightly crispy.

Add sliced mushrooms and zucchini to the pan and sauté until tender.

Pour the blended pumpkin cream sauce into the pan and mix well.

Add grated cheddar cheese and stir until melted and incorporated.
