SCHRITTE
Peel the potatoes and slice them into slightly thick strips to prevent breaking during cooking. Slice 1/4 onion and cut the bacon into appropriate pieces.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry the potatoes and onions over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
