ZUTATEN
- Meat - 🐖 180g pork shabu-shabu slices
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 60g mizuna greens
 
- Condiments - 1.5 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
 
- For Pork - 1 tbsp potato starch
 
- Garnish - 5 shiso leaves
- 2 myoga ginger buds
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness.
Cut mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces.
Coat pork slices with potato starch evenly.
Boil water and cook the pork slices until tender. Drain and let cool.
Finely chop shiso leaves, myoga, ginger, and garlic.
Arrange the pork slices on a plate, top with onion, mizuna, and garnishes.
Drizzle ponzu soy sauce over the dish before serving.
