Main Ingredients
- 🧈 90g butter
- 70g peanut butter
- 🧂 90g brown sugar
- 🥚 50g egg
- 180g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1g salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 🌰 50g crushed peanuts
SCHRITTE
In a bowl, mix butter and peanut butter with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add brown sugar and whip thoroughly until the sugar granules are mostly dissolved. Then add the egg and mix until creamy.
Sift the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder) into the mixture and fold with a spatula until almost combined. Add crushed peanuts and mix until fully incorporated.
Shape the dough into a cylinder, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Slice the dough into 0.8–1cm thick pieces, place them on a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
