ZUTATEN
Essential Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
 - A pinch of sesame seeds
 - 🧂 A pinch of salt
 - A pinch of pepper
 
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp chili powder
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - A pinch of sesame seeds
 
SCHRITTE
Remove excess moisture from the tofu and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Top the fried tofu with the prepared sauce and serve.
