SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core.
Place the oysters in a bowl with enough water to cover them. Gently wash the oysters, changing the water twice, and pat them dry. Coat the oysters evenly with cornstarch.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the oysters and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes until browned. Flip the oysters, cover with a lid, and cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked. Add soy sauce and toss to coat.
