    • 🧀 sufficient amount of pizza cheese
    • a pinch of parsley powder
  • Chicken Marinade

    • a dash of black pepper
    • a dash of rice wine
  • Spicy Sauce

    • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1 tbsp chili powder or hot chili powder
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate with rice wine and black pepper for about 10 minutes.

Drain the marinated chicken using a sieve to remove excess liquid.

Mix the chicken with the prepared spicy sauce in a bowl and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

Place the marinated chicken on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 18-20 minutes.

Transfer the baked chicken to a heatproof dish, layer with pizza cheese, and repeat the layering process twice.

Sprinkle parsley powder on top and bake again at 220°C until the cheese melts.
