ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 300g tteokbokki rice cakes
 - 🧅 1/3 onion, thinly sliced
 
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice 1/3 onion and rinse in cold water.
Heat a pan and add cooking oil.
Add tteokbokki rice cakes, soy sauce, and sugar to the pan and stir-fry.
If the mixture becomes too dry, add 3 tbsp of water.
When the rice cakes are soft, add the sliced onion.
Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until the onion is tender.
Add sesame seeds and black sesame seeds.
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and mix well.
Serve and enjoy your onion tteokbokki!
