- Dry Ingredients - 30g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 60g sugar
- 🌰 118g sliced almonds and oatmeal
 
- Wet Ingredients - 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 
SCHRITTE
Lightly whisk the egg in a bowl without creating foam. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well.
Sift the flour into the mixture and gently combine. Add sliced almonds and oatmeal, mixing carefully.
Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough thinly onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for about 20 minutes.
Cut the cookies into desired sizes while warm, then let them cool completely.
