ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 400g naengi (shepherd's purse)
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
 - 🥔 1/2 potato
 - 3 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1200ml broth
 
Broth Ingredients
- 1 handful dried anchovies
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion
 - small amount dried pollack
 - 2 pieces kombu (dried kelp)
 
SCHRITTE
Prepare 1200ml broth by boiling dried anchovies, green onion, dried pollack, and kombu for 1 hour.
Wash naengi thoroughly, soak it in clean water for 20 minutes to remove dirt, and peel the roots gently.
Prepare cleaned naengi, chopped green onion, diced potato, 3 tbsp doenjang, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic.
Add naengi, potato, and green onion to the boiling broth and dissolve the doenjang.
Add minced garlic, boil on high heat until bubbling, then simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
