ZUTATEN
Meat
- 🥩 200g ground beef
- 🐖 200g ground pork
Rice Cake
- 🍘 sufficient amount of thin rice cakes
Seasoning
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🌱 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Mix ground beef and ground pork in equal portions.
Add all the seasoning ingredients to the meat mixture and knead until sticky and well combined.
Prepare thin rice cakes for easier wrapping.
Place the rice cake on the meat mixture and roll it up.
Shape the rolls into small, round patties.
Bake the patties in the oven at the highest temperature for 10 minutes.
Flip the patties and bake for another 15 minutes.
