- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 medium onion, diced
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🥬 50g kimchi, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Binding Agent
- 2 tbsp potato starch
SCHRITTE
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water until the water returns to a boil. Drain and chop them coarsely.
Dice the onion and chop the green onion finely. Prepare kimchi by chopping it into small pieces.
Combine ground pork, minced garlic, bean sprouts, onion, green onion, and kimchi in a large bowl.
Add potato starch to the mixture and knead thoroughly for at least 5 minutes until the mixture is cohesive.
Shape the mixture into small, round dumplings suitable for kids' bite sizes.
Roll the dumplings in additional potato starch to create a thin coating.
Boil the dumplings in a pot of water. Once they float to the surface, they are cooked.
Let the cooked dumplings cool on a tray without rinsing them in cold water.
