 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic
 - 🍅 1 tomato

- 2 tbsp flour
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1 tbsp ketchup
 - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 
Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 🍅 1 tomato
 
SCHRITTE
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomato.
Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté ground meat until browned.
Add onion to the pan and cook until softened. Mix in ketchup, salt, and pepper, then divide into 6 portions.
Cut potatoes into manageable pieces, soak in water for 3 minutes, and microwave for 6–7 minutes until soft.
Mash the potatoes while hot, mix in cheese, salt, pepper, and flour, then divide into 6 portions and let cool.
Wrap each portion of meat with mashed potato mixture, forming flat discs.
Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, cook the potato discs until golden brown on both sides, and plate them.
Microwave chopped tomato with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 1 minute, then serve alongside the potato discs.
