Dressing
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
SCHRITTE
Mix apple cider vinegar, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper in a small bowl to create the dressing.
Wash and prepare the lettuce by soaking it in vinegar water for 5 minutes, then rinse and dry.
Wash and slice the tomato after soaking it in vinegar water for 5 minutes.
Boil the eggs with a pinch of salt, then cool them in cold water for 5 minutes before peeling and slicing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.
