ZUTATEN
- Vegetables - 200g bean sprouts
- 1/2 stalk celery
 
- Seafood - 🦐 8 whole shrimp
 
- Noodles - 30g glass noodles
 
- Seasoning - Pinch of chili powder
 
- Dressing - 🍋 30ml lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 
- Liquid - 💧 2 cups hot water
 
SCHRITTE
Boil the glass noodles in 2 cups of hot water until soft, then drain and set aside.
Cook the shrimp in boiling water until they turn pink, then peel and set aside.
Chop the celery into thin slices and mix with bean sprouts in a large bowl.
Prepare the dressing by mixing lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, grated garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
Combine the cooked noodles, shrimp, and vegetables in the bowl, then pour the dressing over and toss well.
Sprinkle chili powder on top as desired and serve immediately.
